Chi non ha sognato mai di possedere la sua isola?
Quando sono arrivato a Procida, ho presentato le mie scuse ai Procidani per tutto il disturbo che causavo loro.
Mi hanno risposto che li onoravo, poiché coltivavo la memoria.
Grazie ad essi tutti : mi avevano custodito il mio posto.........

Qui n'a jamais rêvé de posséder son île ?
Lorsque je suis arrivé à Procida, j'ai présenté mes excuses aux Procidains pour tout le dérangement que je leur causais.
Ils m'ont répondu que je les honorais, puisque je cultivais la mémoire.
Merci à eux tous : ils m'avaient gardé ma place.........

Who has not ever dreamed to possess his island?
When I arrived at Procida, I apologized to Procidans for all the disturbance which I caused them.
They answered me that I honored them, because I cultivated the memory.
Thanks to them all : they had kept for me my place.........
